Shipping Policy - Bricks and Blossoms

At Bricks and Blossoms, we strive to ensure that your LEGO building bouquets arrive safely and promptly. To ensure the best shipping experience, we’ve partnered with Courier Guy as our trusted shipping partner. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy.


1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Shipping Partner:
    All orders will be shipped via Courier Guy for fast and reliable delivery.

  • Processing Time:
    All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Shipping Delays:
    While we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, Bricks and Blossoms cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Courier Guy, especially during busy seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters, or customs delays).


2. Shipping Rates

  • Domestic Shipping:
    Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and the weight/size of your order. You will be provided with the exact shipping rate at checkout.

  • Free Shipping:
    We offer free standard shipping on orders over R 1000. (Optional – if you’d like to offer this benefit.)

  • International Shipping:
    Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within South Africa. We do not ship internationally at this time, but we hope to offer international delivery in the future.


3. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information:
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on Courier Guy’s website.

  • Tracking Delays:
    Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.


4. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Items:
    If your LEGO bouquet arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at orders@bricksandblossoms.com. We will assist you with filing a claim with Courier Guy and arrange for either a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

  • Lost Packages:
    If your package is confirmed as lost in transit, we will work with Courier Guy to resolve the issue. If necessary, we may issue a replacement or refund based on the findings of the investigation.


5. Shipping Address

  • Accurate Shipping Information:
    Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Bricks and Blossoms is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Address Changes:
    If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.


6. Returns & Replacements

  • Return Shipping:
    If you need to return an item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. For detailed information about returns, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Replacements:
    If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please see our Refund & Return Policy for more information on this process.
