1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility for Return:
    We accept returns on LEGO building bouquets within 7 days of purchase, provided that the product is unused, in its original condition, and is undamaged.

  • Condition of Product:
    All returned products must be checked and verified by our team upon receipt. We will only accept products that are in their original packaging and condition.

  • Return Process:
    To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@bricksandblossoms.com with your order number. You will be provided with the necessary instructions for returning the item.

  • Return Shipping Costs:
    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Process:
    If your return is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 working days. The refund will be issued through the payment method used during the original purchase via Shopify.

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    If your LEGO bouquet arrives damaged or defective, we may offer a full refund or replacement after verifying the damage. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage.

3. Damages During Transit/Delivery

  • Responsibility for Damages:
    While we take utmost care in packaging your LEGO bouquets to prevent damage, Bricks and Blossoms cannot be held responsible for any damages caused during transit or delivery by the courier service. We strongly recommend that you inspect your package as soon as it arrives.

    Should you need assistance with rebuilding your bouquet, step-by-step instructions will be available on our website. Simply visit our Help & Support section for guidance.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or Personalized Products:
    Products that have been customized or personalized are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
